I can’t give the staff at iKids in Denton a 100 star review or else I would’ve.The staff were OUTSTANDING! My son wasn’t well behaved last time at his dentist appointment and they were very kind and understanding about it!! So rare to find people that CARE & are SO understanding!I had an appointment today at 2, I called to let them know I was running late, the staff were very understanding about it and not only was I late, when I got there my check in process and getting called to the back was QUICK! A walk in the park really!! Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had! But that’s not it, they made my son COMFORTABLE, and made him feel SAFE. My son gets VERY nervous anytime he sees a dentist or doctor because of a terrible encounter at a different dentist. The staff here ENCOURAGED and ROOTED him on through the ENTIRE process. I will refer them ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! These are MY kind of people!! will forever be grateful to have an awesome team take care of my babies teefy weefies. A BIG THANK YOU -one tired momma of 3 who feels BLESSED

100% 10 out of 10!With all the experiences in my lifetime with dentist & orthodontist this has to be the best facility! I honestly wish they took adults as well. We had a medical emergency for my son and they saw us immediately no questions asked. Even on regular appointments I have yet to have to wait to speak to somebody and always welcomed in a very open armed fashion! There is a new doctor now but still the hands have been changed over into just as caring personnel as it did before! I am so grateful to have found this facility for my children. I personally as a parent ask a lot of questions and want to know and see x-rays prior to any procedure. They do that! They want you to know what is going on, as well as, be confident in accepting procedures knowing that the children are in good hands. They are by the book.

My son is autistic and screams when we try to brush his teeth. I warned the staff that he will scream and I didn’t want to scare the other kids. The kept reassuring me that it’s ok. The Dr came in and wasn’t intimidated by our situation. He got right in there with all the care and cleaned his teeth and was in and out. Overall I was super pleased with the staff and the dentist. Definitely have recommended to my sister n law and neighbor to take their little ones.

Dr. Matt was amazing with my 3 year old for her first time dental visit. He gave great advice and recommendations. The dental hygienist, assistants and office staff were very nice, welcoming and professional. They all took great care in helping my daughter feel comfortable. Their dealing with children is expert level. Highly recommend!

Let’s be real. No one is ever excited about seeing a dentist, especially children. I can top that, how about kids with autism who have sensory struggles. My son is 8 years old and has ASD and non verbal. His last dentist appointment months ago, was a nightmare and I was very nervous to bring him in to see a new dentist yesterday. Well just as expected Kayden saw the dental chairs and refused to even leave the waiting area. The dental asst and I tried many things and it was not happening. I started praying and asked GOD to pls help us make this happen so he could get examined and find out why he was hurting. I then mentioned is there any way the dentist could come out here and try to look in his mouth? I knew it was a long shot but I needed to try bc otherwise my sweet boy would go home in pain with no answers or treatment. Kayden calmed and sat waiting next to me when Dr. Hamilton came in and sat with Kayden. Kayden resisted for awhile but Dr. Hamilton understood he needed to warm up to him and patience was a must. The Dr hung out with him chatting and before long Kayden opened his mouth wide repeatedly and showed the doctor where his pain was by pointing. Come to find out it was only a baby tooth but I was so relieved for answers and that we didn’t need to push any further that day to get him to agree to x-rays. Dr. Hamilton didn’t write my son off as a patient who will need to go somewhere else or reschedule, no he saw the need and showed my son so much patience and love! Kayden saw that he could trust him and that’s huge! I am so thankful for this Dr’s heart for his patients and that he made this day so good for my boy! It was everything I could do to not cry for the empathy he showed! Now we can have peace and hope for future appointments. I Highly recommend this dentist for your children! Dr. Jones, Thank you so much for giving our son an experience that he will never forget. Your kindness and gentleness with our children is appreciated. Dr. Jones has gone over and beyond to make sure that our son has a confident smile and beautiful teeth! I can not express how emotional this journey has been but YOU MADE IT WORTH THE WAIT! I love this place! My kiddo is 3 with autism and they were so kind and professional with him. He was in and out within 15 minutes and he even got a little goodie bag! Thank you so much, guys! Y’all are great!

Great kid’s dental office! First Kelsey was very helpful setting up appointment for our son’s first visit to dentist she followed up verified if insurance was accepted quickly and called for reminder. Dental assistant, Olga, was great our son was at ease with her. Dr. Hamilton was awesome! Great with our son and made him feel comfortable. Juan at check out was friendly and quick.

Greeted immediately when walked through the door. Staff were all genuinely friendly. I love how patient they were with my 3 year old. They explained everything to both her and I. This is our second time coming and would recommend them to anyone. We’ll be back in 6 months. Thank you all for what you do.
