Dr. Jessica Marshall is a native Houstonian who has been involved in dentistry for seven years. After completing her doctorate in 2009 at UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Dr. Marshall decided to attend a General Practice Residency program at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York City for one year. Following residency, Dr. Marshall practiced as a general dentist for four years, primarily in pediatric settings, which further established her love for little people. In 2014, Dr. Marshall relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to pursue specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Temple University Hospital.
During her time in residency, Dr. Marshall practiced not only at Temple University Hospital, but also various practice settings within a private practice. Furthermore, while in residency, Dr. Marshall performed over 100 oral sedation cases, numerous cosmetic cases with all porcelain Nu Smile crowns, and received hands-on training with the laser to perform a variety of soft tissue related procedures including frenectomies. She is currently an active member of the AAPD and TDA.
In her spare time, Dr. Marshall enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, Latin dancing, watching NBA basketball, playing her violin, attending live music concerts, exploring artsy events, volunteering in the community, and working out.
